What time is best for me to order the flower?

We support the same day delivery in all big cities and many middle cities. In order to send your gifts in time, order ahead 1 to 2 days is best.

How can I know the recipient get the goods that I order?

You can login in your account and check your order's status any time. Also we will reply you by E-mail or phone after we sure the recipient get the goods.

Just now,I met a error when I place the order, what should I do?

When you meet the error through placing the order, you can back to check your cart or choose the product again, and place a new order.

I don't know the recipient's address, Can I order?

Yes. If you have the recipient's phone number, then we can call and get the address.

If you have a scaned image of recipient's name card or address information in Chinese, then just place order and send the image to our email.

If you have only recipient's email address, then just place order and write to us "send email to get address".

Just let our customer service(by online chat, email, phone call, or fax) know what information you have, and let us do the rest for you.

Can I cancel my order?

When you meet the error through placing the order, you can back to check your cart or choose the product again, and place a new order.

Can I change delivery date and/or address after I placed an order?

Yes, as long as we have not delivered your order. You can tell us your preference or whatever you want by sending messages to us through order detail pages. We will do our best to make changes that you request.

Please inform us any changes you want at least one day in advance in peak seasons like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. And we keep the right to decline your request once the order is released to the local florist at peak seasons.

How long should I order in advance?

You can order as long as 30 days in advance if you like, though we do same day flower delivery.

We provide same day fresh flower delivery service to all cities by our local florists. Cut-off: 3:00pm.

Cut-off time may be early if delivery to remote town or rural areas.

We strongly recommend you order as early as possible at peak seasons like St. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Chinese Valentine's Day and Christmas. This will save your money for sure and guarantee on time delivery.

We may stop to accept orders up to 2 days before the delivery date without notice at these seasons.

Cakes and plants need to order at least 24 hours in advance. Please refer to the detail of these products.

Balloons, mooncakes, and personalized gifts need to ship to recipient's place from Beijing. This may need 5-10 days or even longer time. Please refer to product descriptions.

I want to send the flower to Beijing, may I?

Of course! We have more than 500 chain local Chinese florist shops in mainland. We almost can send your order to any city in china. Please read our Service.

May I decide the delivery time?

You surely can decide the delivery time. According to many possible factors, on day time is best.

We offer same day delivery(cut-off: 3pm localtime) for most products. We deliver your order 7 days a week. There is only three days none-delivery holiday in a year: the last day of a year, new year's day, and the day after new year's day in Lunar Calender(Chinese new year's eve, Chinese new year's day, the day after Chinese new year's day).

How about your delivery areas?

We deliver to almost all cities in mainland China. If you are not sure whether we can deliver to a specific location, please contact our custmer service.

Do you have delivery charge?

FREE flower delivery to all cities mainland China. It is also FREE if you order both flower items and other items like teddys or gift baskets.

If there is NONE any flower items in your order, US$7.0 delivery charge is applicable. A customized gift is considered a flower item if values of selected flowers is more than US$10.0

We may also charge from US$10.0 to US$20.0 delivery charge if the address is really far away. In this cases we will let you know as soon as possible and you have the right to cancel order.

How about your delivery time?

Call prior to delivery

You have 5 options to choose when you order:

Notice:

1.We keep the right to call recipients at peak seasons like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.

2.We will try to keep surprise if call, but not guarantee. Recipients may not trust us if we do not disclose details.

3.Please make sure there is someone at the address at your desired delivery period if you choose NO CALL.

4.If senders choose NO CALL and unfortunately nobody is at the address when we arrive, then: - the order can not be cancelled; - we are not responsible for the decreased product quality, esp cakes, fruits, or other food items; - will redeliver after we got contacted with the recipient at sender's expense(Appx. US$7.0 to US$20.0).

1. What will happen if the recipient is absent?

First of all, we will try to leave it to someone at that place and ask them to pass the gift to the recipient.

Secondly, we will try to leave it to the reception or security guard and try to call the recipient to inform this.

Thirdly, we will try to contact the recipient(contact the sender if failed) to arrange a re-route. We may send a bill of re-route charge from US$7.0 to US$20.0 to the sender after the delivery is made to new address.

Last of all, we will contact you to find other contact information of the recipient and redeliver the order after got contacted with the recipient. We may replace fresh flowers on our cost but are not responsible for decreased product quality of other items. The order can not be cancelled, and US$7.0 to US$20.0 redelivery charge is applicable.

If you are not sure whether recipient is absent, then select "Must call before delivery" when you order to avoid any problems.

1. What do you do if you find the address is not correct when you try to deliver?

First of all, we will try to call the recipient and deliver to correct address ASAP. This may cause delay and you may need to pay extra delivery charge from $7.0 to $20.0.

Secondly, we will call you to find correct address or get recipient's new contact number. Then we will redeliver the order after got contacted with the recipient. We may replace fresh flowers on our cost but are not responsible for decreased product quality of other items. The order can not be cancelled, and US$7.0 to US$20.0 redelivery charge is applicable.

If you are not sure whether the address is correct, then select "Must call before delivery" when you order to avoid any problems.

Call prior to delivery

Yes, as long as we have not delivered your order. You can tell us your preference or whatever you want by sending messages to us through order detail pages. We will do our best to make changes that you request.

Please inform us any changes you want at least one day in advance in peak seasons like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. And we keep the right to decline your request once the order is released to the local florist at peak seasons.

Do you guarantee to deliver at my request date?

Yes. We will contact you ahead of time and you can cancel your order if we can not deliver at request date.

Do you have greeting card sent with flowers?

Yes. We have free greeting card with every order. Let us know your greeting message while CHECK OUT.

Is the gift delivered is the same as the picture shown?

Yes. If you have the recipient's phone number, then we can call and get the address.

Yes. What you see is what recipients get. We do not charge extra for the beautiful wrapping in the picture. However, the fillers and/or wrapping materials may be slightly different upon availability. Different flora artists may also have different understandings to a design.

Occasionally some type of flowers or other items may not be available in some areas. In this case we will substitute with equal or greater value. If the major type of flowers or food items are not available, then we will contact you first.

May I pay for the order after the recipient get the goods?

Sorry, we do not supporting this service now.

My credit card is in other currencies than USD, can I use it?

Yes. Your bank would made currency exchange for you at its rate.

I use PayPal to pay, when I fill in the information, I don`t know which address I should fill in?

You just need to fill in your own address. We arrange the order be delivered to China that the address of your order.
